Abbey Lodge House
At Abbey Lodge House we offer a comfortable, warm and supportive environment for adults of working age and older who may be living with mental health challenges, memory loss, confusion, or other dementia-related symptoms.
Our house has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard and thoughtfully furnished to create a cosy, homely feel where everyone can feel at ease. The safe, enclosed gardens offer peaceful spots to relax, along with sensory flower beds, vegetable-growing areas, and quiet seating spaces – perfect for enjoying nature and fresh air.
We provide a personalised activity programme tailored to each individual, with a strong focus on creating a calm, enjoyable, and stress-free atmosphere. We also encourage and support individuals to stay connected with the local community, promoting independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
At Abbey Lodge, our goal is simple, to provide the highest quality of life in a place that feels like home – where every person is respected, valued, and supported to live well.
The Butterfly Cafe is a separate safe and secure environment for people who live at Abbey Lodge to enjoy. It offers entertainment and a chance to socialise. The cafe is regularly open to the wider community and so opportunity to mix and socialise with people is always available.
