Care and Service Providers
Whether you are a Care Home owner, manager or Domiciliary Care provider, one of the most awkward questions that you need to ask is ‘how are you going to pay for your care”?
In our experience, this isn’t investigated well enough and leads to money running out and the service user being funded by lower fees by the Local Authority, or having to leave their selected Care Home and in the case of Care Agencies, not having enough money to pay for the assistance that is really needed.
We have developed a very simple Pro-forma that will enable us to ascertain the financial position of the enquirer easily and without embarrassment which immediately allows us to identify a potential funding problem and possibly, that the service user may not be getting all that they are entitled to in terms of benefits and allowances.
We can help you and the enquirer ensure that the correct funding is set up.
Every Care Provider including Charities and Not for Profit centres have to ensure that they at least cover their costs. In reality, they should all be looking to increase their ‘bottom line’ if only to be able to keep up with ever increasing legislation and operating costs and to put money back into the business.
If you have residents that can’t afford to pay, what does that mean to you?
We can help in a number of ways by working with you; in particular, we can identify and advise on the best ways for your services to be financed.

Why do we find it so hard to talk about money?
There has to be a better way to ask your prospective clients how they are gong
to pay for care.
It’s even better to know that they are not going to run out of money.
We don’t offer a ‘a quick fix’ or ‘one size fits all’.
We can offer a service that will help you and your residents.
