As a consultancy, we offer an initial discussion to identify your requirements. If you feel that we are the right people to work with and wish to appoint us as your advisers, we will undertake to satisfy your care requirements by discussing and agreeing what level of involvement you want us to have.

This usually includes providing you with a comprehensive report and recommendations of actions to take. However, if we don’t think that we can help, then we will tell you so that you will not incur any charges.

Sometimes we won't always have the answers that you need. In this rare situation we can point you in the right direction, building on our reputation as being 'very nice and helpful people'. That way you can have a little less stress and worry about what to do next and you know that we will be here again if you need us.
